Article 1
TERMINOLOGIES

Sender: the individual sending a parcel through a courier to a receiver or place.

Courier: the user conveying and handling the delivery of the parcel.

Receiver: the individual expected to receive a parcel.

Order: a processed parcel for delivery.

Parcel/package: a physical product being sent, transported, or received.

Wallet: your online/ virtual purse, pocket or bank.

Payment: to pay for a service.

Credit your wallet: to fund your wallet with cash for transaction.

Refer: To inform another of something and convince them to use it.

Share: to transfer or send to another.

Confirm/ Accept: To agree and authorize.

Cancel: To disagree and discontinue a process.

User: The account holder or owner.

Issue Report: feedback on the current state or status of the assignment or task.

Delivery: the act of transporting or sending a parcel to someone or somewhere.

Incoming: This implies delivery orders received from a courier.

Outgoing: This implies orders sent out for delivery.

Incomplete: not done with a particular task, assignment, or action such as delivery, order creation, or payment.

Traveler/courier: any individual going on a trip, or journey.

Successful: This implies the action has been completely carried out as intended.

Insufficient: Not enough which requires addition, reload, or a refill.

Local: This implies within the same region, town, city, or local government.

Within state/intra state: this implies within the same state.

Interstate: This implies between one state and another or from one state to another.

Article 2
OUR SERVICES
ZendIT is a technology platform that enables users of the application to arrange pickup and delivery of packages around the world with independent courier service providers either as a person or a business under agreement to the terms of our service.
You acknowledge that ZendIT does not provide transportation or logistics services or function as a courier and that all such courier or logistics services are provided by independent users such as yourself who are not employed by ZendIT and ZendIT is not liable or responsible for whatever ensues (including but not limited to theft, assault, and harassment) between users who independently choose to transact with one another. ZendIT facilitates your discovery on the platform to transact and aid your financial exchange.

Article 3
CONTRACTUAL RELATIONSHIP
The following terms of service govern your use and access to the ZendIT website and mobile application, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through www.zendit.ng or the ZendIT mobile. Subsequently, ZendIT Technologies Ltd, is herewith referred to as “ZendIT '' or "we" or "us" and “you” or “user” means you as a user of the platform. Please read carefully through these terms before accessing or using the services for opening an account, and clicking to agree to the terms of Service when registering on our platform, you accept and agree, on behalf of yourself or on behalf of your employer or any other body or individual (if applicable), that you be bound by these terms which establishes a relationship between you and the ZendIT community. If you refuse to agree to these terms, you may not gain access to the platform.
This platform is offered and available to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and of legal age to form a binding contract. You could only make use of the platform through an account owned by a relative, parent, or legal guardian with their appropriate permission and supervision if you are not yet of legal age. By continuing to access and use the Site, you confirm that you meet all of the preceding eligibility requirements.
These Terms expressly supersede any prior agreements with you. ZendIT may immediately modify or terminate these Terms or any Services applicable to you, or deny access to the platform at any time for any reason with or without notice to you. When amendments are made to these terms, they take effect upon publishing of such updated terms in this document. When you continue to use the platform after such updates, you consent to be bound by the Terms, as amended. Our Customer Support team is always available to attend to your inquiry and feedback if you have any questions regarding the platform or Terms of Service. 3.1. LICENSE.
Given your agreement to these Terms, ZendIT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable right to use and access the platform.

3.2. THE RESTRICTIONS.
We do not permit the removal of any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any portion of the revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Applications on your personal device. You may not reproduce, modify, prepare imitative works, license, lease, distribute, sell, resell, transfer, transmit, stream, broadcast, publicly display, publicly perform, or otherwise exploit the services except otherwise permitted by ZendIT.

You may not decompile, modify, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Services except as may be permitted by applicable law; You may not run any programs or scripts for the purpose of hacking, indexing, surveying, scraping, or otherwise data mining any portion of our services or attempt to gain unauthorized access to or harm any aspect of the Services.

3.3. THIRD-PARTY AND PARTNERS
We may engage the services of third parties to enable a seamless operation to serve you better. You acknowledge that different terms of use and privacy policies may apply to your use of third-party services and content. ZendIT does not endorse such third-party services and content and in no event shall we be responsible or liable for any products or services of said third-party providers.

3.4. PROPRIETORSHIP.
The Services and all rights therein are and shall remain ZendIT’s property. Neither these Terms nor your use of the Services grants you any rights to use or reference in any manner or form, ZendIT’s company names, logos, product and service names, or trademarks.

3.5. USER ACCOUNTS.
Only registered users can transact on ZendIT, and registration is free. During account registration, you are required and consent to provide us with certain personal information, such as your name, address, phone number, and age, as well as other details for security and verifications. You agree to maintain accurate, complete, current, and updated information in your Account and must not create an account for fraudulent or dubious purposes. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, and you agree to maintain the confidentiality and security of your Account username and password at all times. We are not liable for any acts or omissions by you in connection with your account as you are solely responsible for any activity on your account.

3.6. SMS.
By accessing and using our service, you acknowledge that ZendIT may send you text messages and notifications as you use the Service. You may disable the SMS function anytime in the account settings but note that opting out of receiving text (SMS) messages may impact your use of the Services.

3.7. PROMOTIONS
ZendIT may create promotional codes from time to time in the process of your use which you may benefit from and can be redeemed subject to promo established terms and conditions. You acknowledge that the Promo Codes shall be lawfully used for the intended purposes, and not duplicated or transferred in any form, may be disabled by sole discretion of ZendIT, and are subject to the terms and conditions established for its purpose and intent.

Article 4
FUNDS
By downloading, installing, or using the ZendIT Application, accessing and making use of the service, you agree that: You have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to ZendIT cash Terms You have understood, accepted, and agreed that (Paystack) is the issuer of ZendIT cash The agreements you made in the General Terms will apply similarly with respect to ZendIT Cash ZendIT does not send, transport, or receive parcels but only provides a platform for these transactions to occur, and to facilitate the payment for Transactions made.
All payment obligations among users will be facilitated by ZendIT wallet Payment will be made in advance of delivery, and this will result in a deduction from your ZendIT wallet balance, and money is paid into the receiver’s wallet as reflected in your account at the completion of your transaction.
You acknowledge and agree that if required by law, User Funds will be held within a bank account maintained and operated by ZendIT in accordance with applicable laws until you have completed a Transaction and can make withdrawals at demand and are subjected to the payment policy in this document.
Where you choose to credit your wallet via a Third Party Provider your Transaction receipt will reflect the cost of your Transaction (including any fees or charges imposed by the Third Party Provider.

4.1. ZENDIT WALLET
Every user has a wallet: The credit wallet is the medium through which payment is made and received within the platform. Voucher: Cash reward obtained in the form of compensation, bonus, or reward cannot be withdrawn as cash but only used for the purpose of payment and transaction for service rendered on the platform. This does not apply to refunds on canceled transactions.
ZendIT deducts 20% as company commission from every payment you receive for every transaction and may choose to change the rate of commission deducted as decided by its management.
Users may credit their wallet with cash into their wallet for transactions through POS, transfer, or card payment.

4.1.1. CREDITING YOUR WALLET
When you choose to credit your wallet via card transaction, POS, or transfer, you acknowledge that the related errors during such Transactions may result in a reversal of the transaction, and fees, claims, penalty, or chargeback from the financial institution or payment services provider facilitating the payment are your responsibilities. You acknowledge that the financial institution or payment services provider and not ZendIT determines any amount reversed, returned, or charged back and that ZendIT is bound to follow the instructions of that financial institution or payment services provider. You authorize ZendIT to work with your financial institution or payment services provider to recover any amounts owed to ZendIT and if necessary you agree to authorize ZendIT to recover any amounts due by debiting your account or charging your secondary Payment Method (if available) or by any other means ZendIT deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
You further agree to be responsible for resolving any disputes with the financial institution facilitating your transactions.
Upon notice of any fraudulent activity on your ZendIT wallet or cash, you agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any fraudulent activity or theft through the app or mail. You are solely responsible for informing your financial institution or payment services provider of any fraud related.
You agree that ZendIT is not responsible for unauthorized use of your ZendIT wallet Balance. We reserve the right by absolute discretion to suspend, or make void of any transaction or use of your wallet when we suspect that the ZendIT cash was fraudulently obtained or used unlawfully, illegally, involving criminal activity, or that you have otherwise violated the ZendIT wallet terms.

4.2. PAYMENT
By accessing and using our service, you understand that the use of the Services may result in charges to you for the services rendered to you by other users and ZendIT will facilitate your payment of the applicable Charges to the other user via wallet transaction. You are responsible for crediting your wallet with sufficient funds in order to enjoy smooth transactions on the platform. Charges paid by you are final and non-refundable unless otherwise determined by ZendIT. The charges may include other applicable fees, commissions, surcharges, and applicable taxes where required by law. Users have pricing autonomy to decide what price to be agreed upon for any transaction.
Users are responsible for paying any direct or indirect taxes, including any GST, VAT, or income tax, which may apply to them depending on residency, location, or otherwise, under provisions of local laws.

4.3. CANCEL ORDER AND REFUNDS
Once pick-up has been done, order cancellation will attract a forfeiture of fees paid or received and applicable expenses will be borne by the canceling party except otherwise agreed by the parties (users) involved.
4.4. PRICING
Each user sets his own delivery price and is open to negotiation among users.

4.5. CASH WITHDRAWALS
Wallet cash is only made available for withdrawal 24 hours after their last successful delivery and would have cash deposited in their bank account within 24 hours. Payment orders can only be made with a minimum balance of 1000 naira. Withdrawals are final and cannot be undone. We will not be able to reverse this process once it has begun.
Users will be able to withdraw their revenues from disabled accounts after a safety period of 60 days following full verification of ownership of the account in question, from the day of the last cleared payment received in their account, and subject to approval.
Additional fees or charges may apply for withdrawal based on your location and currency.
ZendIT by sole discretion may immediately terminate these wallet Terms with respect to you, or generally cease offering or deny access to ZendIT Cash as a payment method, at any time and for any reason.
To use the ZendIT wallet, you must have an active and valid Account, and accept the ZendIT wallet terms. Your wallet transaction history may be viewed upon login and serve as evidence of your ZendIT wallet management. By using ZendIT wallet for actions such as crediting wallet or making payment for services to other users for any reason, you acknowledge that you are agreeing to the terms of service of ZendIT payment processing partners and the financial institution or payment services provider who has issued the selected Payment Method. You also agree that you will bear the cost or charges of any applicable taxes, fees, commissions, or charges imposed by such payment processing partners, government, or financial institutions in connection with your selected Payment Method.
4.6. FRAUD IDENTIFICATION AND ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING
ZendIT may by sole discretion limit the amount possible to be deposited into your wallet at once and may request information from you at the time of opening your Account to confirm your identity to allow you to open and maintain an Account and to use ZendIT Cash. We may also request you to update and verify your information at intervals, this helps us to ensure that the only person who can access your Account and ZendIT Cash is you.
ZendIT may delay, suspend, or block your access to your Cash until you comply with this information request or other verification steps that may be required at any time. On some occasions, we may be required to undertake financial crime screening to comply with applicable laws or regulations, and in such circumstances, you agree to cooperate with any requests for information.
ZendIT may modify any of the wallet terms at any time, with or without notice to you, subject to applicable law. The prevalent terms shall be effective once posted and updated on the ZendIT wallet terms. Your use of the wallet after such posting indicates that you accept the modified wallet Terms. If any of these wallet Terms are found to be invalid, unlawful, or void or for unforeseen reasons, such terms shall be considered severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms of the ZendIT wallet terms.

Article 5
INSURANCE
Zendit offers insurance on loss, damages, and theft to users for their packages sent up to 20,000 naira worth of goods per transaction. Zendit would not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage of properties with a cost value of over 20,000 naira and would not bear the cost of loss claims suspected to be fraudulent and untrue by our insurance provider partners. Zendit and its insurance partners reserve the right to investigate and ascertain the credibility of any claim on loss, theft, and damages to packages sent on the platform.

5.1. CLAIMS, THEFT AND DAMAGES.
You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to track, communicate, and follow up with other users engaged in the transport, handling, and reception of your parcel.
In the case of damage, theft, or any other related claims, the claimant is to fill out claim forms against the courier, and ZendIT and its partners will mediate and help facilitate reparations. Damaged parcels should be snapped and claims to be made before the receiver acknowledges receipt of the parcel.
You shall be responsible for the cost of repair for damage to or loss of property If found liable in claims against you and ZendIT reserves the right to facilitate payment for the reasonable cost unless otherwise agreed by other parties involved to resolve among each other. ZendIT reserves the right to provide technical assistance to users in case of claims against any other user on the platform.
You acknowledge and agree to the above-stated conditions in Article 5.1 and agree that these terms may be overruled by the terms of service provided by our insurance partners.

Article 6
COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT
Any and all Claims of copyright infringement should be sent to ZendIT email at info@ZendIT.ng or support@ZendIT.ng.

Article 7
NOTICE AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
ZendIT may publish notice by means of a general notice on the Services platform, app, SMS, or electronic mail to your email address in your Account.

Article 8
GENERAL
You may not assign or transfer these Terms in whole or in part without ZendIT's prior documented and written approval. You grant your consent to ZendIT for it to assign or transfer these terms in whole or in part, including to an acquirer of ZendIT’s equity, business, or assets, a subsidiary or affiliate, agents, or a successor by merger. No employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship exists between you, ZendIT, or any of its partners or third-party service Providers as a result of the contract between you and ZendIT and the use of the Services.
If any portion of these terms is held to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, in whole or in part, under any applicable law, such provision shall to that extent be deemed not to form part of these terms but shall have no effect on the legality, validity, and enforceability of the other provisions in these terms. In such an event, the parties shall expunge and replace the illegal, invalid, or unenforceable provision with a revised legal, valid, and enforceable provision.

Article 9
DISCLAIMER
YOUR USE OF THE SITE, ITS CONTENT, AND ANY SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. ZENDIT GRANTS NO WARRANTY, OR GUARANTEE REGARDING THE RELIABILITY, QUALITY, INTEGRITY, ABILITY, SAFETY TIMELINESS, SUITABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES REQUESTED OR GRANTED THROUGH THE USE OF THE PLATFORM, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. YOU AGREE TO BEAR ALONE THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, AND THEREFORE THE RESPONSIBILITY THEREIN REMAINS SOLELY WITH YOU, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

9.1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
ZENDIT SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR DIRECT OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, PROFIT LOSS, DATA LOSS, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY THEFT OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ANY USE OF THE SERVICES, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, CONTRACT BREACH OR OTHERWISE EVEN IF ZENDIT HAS BEEN ADVISED OR WARNED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH OCCURRENCE, SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY.
YOU AGREE THAT ZENDIT HAS NO RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY TO YOU RELATED TO ANY TRANSPORTATION OF GOODS OR LOGISTICS SERVICES PROVIDED TO YOU BY OTHER USERS, OR PARTNERS DURING THE USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE SERVICE. ZENDIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DELAY OR FAILURE IN PERFORMANCE NOR LIABLE FOR ANY FEES OR FINES TO YOU IN THE FORM OF CASH OR COMPENSATION WHATSOEVER.

9.2. INDEMNITY.
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND INSURE ZENDIT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, STAFF AND AGENTS HARMLESS AGAINST ANY AND ALL FORM OF DAMAGES, CLAIMS, DEMANDS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ OR LAW ENFORCEMENT FEES) UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE OR OTHER WEBSITES AND SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE, YOUR BREACH OR VIOLATION OF ANY OF THESE TERMS AND ZENDIT’S USE OF YOUR USER CONTENT AND DATA.

#COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
ZendIT maintains a friendly, supportive, and professional environment. Users are encouraged to maintain such an attitude of mutual respect and warmth while participating in any activity, transacting, and communicating with one another. Our guidelines are designed to help everyone experience a safe, respectful, and positive interaction and they apply to everyone using the ZendIT platform. We trust in your dedication to supporting and ensuring a welcoming environment for everyone. Thank you.

The following guidelines would help to put into perspective some of the specific kinds of positive community engagement expected on the ZendIT Platform, as well as the behaviors or circumstances that may cause you to lose access to the ZendIT Platform. Refusal to follow our constituted guidelines would be a violation of the terms of your agreement with ZendIT and may result in the loss of access to the ZendIT Platform.

There could be unforeseen events that may ultimately cause you to lose access to the ZendIT Platform and services, but the following guidelines provide the basis for the behavior we expect from all members of the ZendIT community. Please take a moment to read through carefully.
Treat everyone as you would love to be treated
Everyone loves and deserves to be respected and in a like manner, you should endeavor to treat everyone you meet through this platform, online and offline with respect. Respect their reasonable wishes and be kind with your words and actions. Your actions and manners have a great impact on the safety and comfort of others. Please note that in transacting with people, you are bound to meet people who differ from you in tribe, religion, and language or think differently than you, please respect those differences and treat them kindly.

Physical contact and sexual misconduct
Do not touch strangers or anyone you meet while using the ZendIT platform without their consent. Do not cause or inflict harm on anyone. Respect each other’s privacy and treat others with decency. Do not make insulting remarks and or unwarranted comments about someone’s appearance or make inquiries about personal information. Sexual assault and misconduct of any kind are prohibited in all forms. Avoid aggressive confrontation, assault, or harassment by all means, either by language, gestures, or other actions that could be disrespectful, threatening, or inappropriate.

Discrimination
All forms of discriminatory conduct or behavior are not allowed. Do not discriminate against someone based on traits such as gender, age, color, disability, looks, religion, tribe, language, accent, marital status, pregnancy or maternity, appearance, race, belief, political views, social preferences, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected under relevant law.

Integrity and Authenticity
Do not provide misleading profile information, post a fake name, location, gender, or photo in your user profile, present fake documents, write misleading content in your profile description, skills, or education, or pay for or provide paid reviews. Do not engage in theft or conspire to commit theft of packages belonging to others.

Discipline
Zendit reserves the right to suspend, ban, or fine any user found to be in violation of any of the guidelines stated above in accordance with its disciplinary measures and judgment without appeal. If necessary, you may be charged to the court in accordance with the law of the land and community to seek redress and Zendit would comply with requests from law enforcement and court orders to provide information in pursuit of justice and recovery in any case of theft against you.

Order creation and delivery
Senders may have special requests and instructions on handling their parcels communicated to the courier during the creation of order and verbally for emphasis and the courier should always follow such guidelines from senders. Senders should properly seal their packages and upload them during order creation. Parcels must not be tampered with or opened during delivery.

You should keep the communications line open so as to keep each other’s mind at rest and keep your integrity. Do not be unresponsive, always communicate through chat, text, and calls for effective follow-up and smooth delivery. Update the issue report in case of any unforeseen occurrence to avoid being flagged or suspected of fraud or theft. Senders and receivers must create a safe space for delivery people and make them feel welcome. All parties must avoid harassment of all forms.

Senders should include all information required when creating the order and the courier must confirm the order to be as it was posted on the order created, sealed, and packed for delivery without tampering.
Delivery restrictions
All deliveries must comply with applicable laws and restrictions guiding premises. For instance, religious sensitivity to pork, and workplace policies on alcohol must be respected.

Respect the law
Every user must comply with all laws and regulations to avoid hiccups with delivery processes. A seamless delivery service increases your credibility and approval ratings on the platform. This opens you up to a level upgrade on the platform as well as more transaction opportunities.

Delivery of substances prohibited by law such as hard drugs is prohibited and Zendit would not be held liable for any such disobedience and would provide law enforcement agencies with any assistance required towards prosecution. Couriers must ensure and confirm the package before pick up to ascertain it doesn't contain illicit or prohibited substances.

Ratings and Reviews

Whatever happens, we want you to have easy access to tell us. Our team is consistently available to receive your feedback as they are important to us. Your feedback is also important for every user as it impacts their progress on the platform. Every user can give and receive ratings and feedback on how the delivery transaction went. This feedback system improves accountability, and transparency and helps to create a respectful, safe environment for everyone. Every user can see each other’s current rating on the platform. Users are encouraged to look through feedback and ratings of other users while conducting business to pick a perfect fit. In order to achieve a high rating, it’s helpful to be courteous and respectful to all people while interacting on and off the Platform on all deliveries. Please ensure to rate your experience at the end of each delivery order about the other users you just transacted with. Honest feedback helps ensure that everyone is accountable for their behavior, and it aids transparency and proper conduct towards one another. We recognize you as a very important and integral member of the ZendIT community, hence would love to always hear from you. By submitting your ideas, information, suggestions, and comments in any form to ZendIT, you acknowledge that they are voluntary and the following shall apply to your submissions:

You agree that: • Your submissions and their contents automatically become the property of ZendIT and may implement or distribute any portion of it for any purpose without any compensation to you.

• ZendIT is neither obligated to review your submissions nor mandated to keep your submissions confidential.

Loss of Access

We believe that ZendIT could become an important and integral part of your life and business hence would be a devastating loss if you should lose your account due to a breach of our terms of usage, We therefore implore you to keep strictly to the terms and policies. If you have reason to believe you have been denied access or lost your account by error, you may contact the ZendIT Support team.

Upon submission of your complaint, you will receive an automatic reply that your communication has been received. If no response notification is received within 24 hours, please check your mail before sending a follow-up mail to info@ZendIT.ng. ZendIT support team receives feedback and reports of activities that may violate our Community guidelines through different channels. In the event that we are made aware of problematic behaviors, we may initiate contact with you for further inquiry. We may if found necessary by our discretion, put a hold on your account or make your account inactive until our enquiry is complete.

Failing to abide by our community guidelines may result in the loss of access to your account. This can result from reported violations of our policies, and reviews from other users. If we determine upon inquiry that the reported actions threaten the safety of the ZendIT community, you may lose access to the ZendIT Platform.

Flagging system Yellow flag: A User receives a Yellow flag after 3 counts of warning issued by Zendit followed by a red flag upon the 4th count of warning leading to suspension on the platform. During this period, the user is unable to make deliveries but can send parcels.

Dispute, Mediation, and Recovery
We encourage our Users to endeavor to settle conflicts amongst themselves, and if for any reason this fails users can contact ZendIT's Customer Support team for assistance.

ZendIT would not be held liable for any loss during transactions among users as we do not engage in sending, transporting, or receiving parcels. ZendIT can however assist in its capacity to mediate and help resolve issues and provide technical assistance to ensure users' complaints are attended to and resolved. Zendit Insurance policy also covers all packages to the extent of the terms and conditions that apply.

Disputes shall be handled via the ZendIT dispute resolution center as indicated on the homepage or by contacting Customer Support via the help link.

The receiver and Courier have a mandatory 48 hours to complete delivery or cancel the delivery order and the parcel must be returned within another 24 hours to sender. Users are to fill the issue report column (visible to the 3 parties) on reasons for failed delivery and proffer delivery solution options.

Parcel damage and theft: The Receiver is expected to fill out claim forms against the courier and ZendIT team and insurance partner would mediate to ensure reparations are made. Damaged parcels should be snapped and claims to be made before the receiver acknowledges receipt of the parcel. Reports on theft of packages should be made after 48 hours of non-delivery.

Payments and receipts: Payment should be made before service is rendered and both parties acknowledge. No payment or transaction should be made outside of ZendIT system. If any such transaction is carried out outside of the Zendit platform, Zendit bears no responsibility for whatever the outcome is and may also lead to suspension from the platform.

Every user would be well verified before they can make delivery on the platform. unverified users can only send packages. We have an insurance policy to cover risks on packages sent. Any form of reported misconduct attracts a warning, suspension, or outright ban from the platform depending on the gravity of the offense committed.

What if I don't travel inter-state?

What if I don't have a bike 🚲 or car 🚗?
You don't need to have a car or bike before you can use our platform. All you need is a smartphone to access the platform. As long as you can commute, you can deliver.

How much can I make per delivery 💰?
The senders can set their budget rate and you can decide how much you want to get paid. It's all up to what you both agree on.

How is payment made?
You get payment into your wallet before the delivery and after the delivery, you gain access to the money. This way, neither the sender nor the courier can change terms. So, it's in your best interest to use the platform payment system.
